Andrew Kilday is one of Australia's most experienced performance marketing operators, with over 20 years building, scaling and exiting businesses in the digital customer acquisition space.
As the founder of The Performance Factory, Andrew built one of Australia's most respected performance marketing networks from the ground up — establishing deep relationships with premium publishers, developing proprietary optimisation methodologies, and delivering measurable results for some of Australia's most recognised brands. The Performance Factory was successfully sold following sustained growth and industry recognition.
Andrew's track record earned him recognition in the Australian Financial Review's Fast Starters and Fast 100 lists, among the country's most prestigious rankings for high-growth businesses. His expertise spans lead generation, social media marketing, mobile app acquisition, and large-scale publisher network management.
In 2019, Andrew founded CLOUTA with a clear mission: to generate more customers for his clients. He has achieved this by investing heavily in proprietary digital assets that generate customers at scale, combined with a market-leading performance marketing network, creating a powerful end-to-end customer acquisition engine.

Founded Market Leading Affiliate Management Agency
Andrew disrupted the affiliate marketing industry by launching Australia's first performance based affiliate marketing agency, cutting his teeth managing and scaling Australia's leading affiliate marketing campaigns at a time when the space was just emerging in Australia.
2010
The Performance Factory
Pivoting away from affiliate channel management, Andrew founded The Performance Factory (TPF) — later recognised as Australia's fastest-growing digital media company in 2016. Starting from the ground up, he scaled the business from zero to eight-figure annual revenues within 3 years. Through innovative use of emerging technology and relentless results-driven marketing strategies, TPF delivered record levels of customer acquisition and engagement.
2018
Successful Exit
Andrew successfully sold The Performance Factory to an ASX-listed company following years of sustained growth and industry recognition. The business had grown to become one of the most respected performance marketing companies in APAC.
2019
CLOUTA Founded
Andrew founded CLOUTA with a simple mission — generate more customers and better ROI for clients. By investing in proprietary digital assets alongside a market-leading performance marketing network, he has built a powerful end-to-end customer acquisition engine. CLOUTA's expansion into B2B markets is now driving the next phase of growth.
